Position- SAP HCM Payroll Developer

(Note: We have multiple open positions for SAP HCM such as HCM Payroll, HCM Personnel Administration and HCM On Premise ABAP)

The Role:

As a Software Developer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also focusing on the development of new features to meet client needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions, ensuring that the application functions optimally and meets the required standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of application components to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Skills Required:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM Time Management,
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and related functionalities.
• Strong understanding of SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll
• Experience with SAP HCM modules and integration with other SAP components.
• Familiarity with programming languages relevant to SAP development.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues.
• Ability to analyze and optimize existing code for performance improvements.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and soft skills including communication on how to handle existing business process owners.
• Confident in communicating and presenting solutions at a business level to key stakeholders.
• Open to pick up new modules or roles for various work assignments.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 4-12 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll
• A 15 years full time education is required
