SAP HCM Payroll Developer

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business requirements, designing application solutions, coding and testing applications, and providing technical support to resolve any issues that arise. You are expected to be subject matter expert (SME) and collaborate with and manage the team to perform efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and develop high-quality software solutions based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality and quality. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Document software specifications, user manuals, and technical guides. **Qualifications Required** - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. **Good to Have Skills** - Experience with SAP Success Factors. - Solid grasp of data management and data migration concepts.
