The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR/ HR Manager / HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the Keka HRMS platform, specifically in Keka Payroll, Expense & Travel Management, and Performance Management System. The role requires a strong grasp of payroll operations, statutory compliance, and talent acquisition, along with a passion for employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance-

• Independently manage *end-to-end payroll* using Keka, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update employee records in Keka HRMS.
• Oversee *statutory compliance* (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, etc.) in alignment with applicable labor laws.
• Handle audits and compliance checks with internal/external stakeholders.

Keka Platform Management-

• Administer and optimize use of *Keka Payroll, **Performance Management, and **Expense & Travel* modules.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with Keka support when necessary.
• Train employees and managers on Keka usage and features.

Talent Acquisition-

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Manage the *end-to-end recruitment cycle*, including sourcing, interviewing, offer roll-out, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job boards, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Performance Management-

• Implement and manage the *Keka Performance Management System*, ensuring timely goal-setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
• Support managers in identifying performance gaps and career development opportunities.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Drive employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and internal communications.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Promote a culture of inclusiveness, feedback, and transparency.

Skills Required:

• Mandatory hands-on experience with Keka HRMS, especially in Payroll, Expense & Travel, and **PMS* modules.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management*.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Excel workings.
• Strong Knowledge of Statutory Compliances

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 + years of experience in HR operations and business partnering roles.
