Job Description

As an experienced SAP HCM professional, you are required to have at least 6 years of experience in SAP HCM modules OM, PA, PD. Your responsibilities will include application design, development, configuration, and support of technology. You should also have strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP HR integration with other modules and an understanding of legal requirements for HR in different countries. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in enterprise application integration technologies and protocols such as web services, APIs, Host to Host, EIB, etc. - Proficiency in ABAP and/or Fiori Development is desired. - Ability to communicate openly and effectively with various Business Stakeholders and IT colleagues. - Proactive in alerting management to deviations and risks that may require modifications to the proposed design or scope. - Leadership skills to lead by example on values and culture and gain stakeholder buy-in for proposed solutions. - Understanding of IT service delivery and IT Service Management concepts. - Familiarity with the configuration of SAP ECC HR and Success Factors SAP Systems. - Knowledge in Master Data, Organizational Structure, Time Management, Event Management, Training, Personnel Development, Benefits, Portal ESS/MSS, Job Description, EH&S Incident Management, and Occupational Health, among others. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in English (written & spoken) is required, while Spanish (written & spoken) is also mandatory. Advanced Portuguese (written & spoken) is desired. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - SAP HCM Modules (OM, PA, PD): 3 years experience required, total work experience of 4 years required. This full-time, permanent position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and requires night shift availability.,
