Job Description

Role : SAP HCM Functional / ABAP

Location: Pune

Experience: 4-6 Year

Budget: (14 LPA- 16.5 LPA)


Responsibilities:

• India Payroll Configuration:

o Configure and maintain India Payroll processes, including salary structures, deductions, allowances, and statutory requirements.

o Ensure compliance with Indian payroll regulations and tax laws.

o Implement and maintain India-specific payroll features and enhancements.

o Ability to read and write Payroll PCR and schemas.

• Time Management and Time Evaluation:

o Configure and maintain time management and time evaluation processes to accurately track employee time and attendance.

o Implement rules for absence types, overtime calculations, and shift scheduling.

o Integrate time management data with payroll processes.

o Troubleshoot PT60/Time evaluation program.

o Ability to read and write Time PCR and schemas.


• Data Migration:

o Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP HCM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

o Develop data migration strategies and scripts.

• Project Enhancements:

o Participate in SAP HCM enhancement projects, providing expertise in India Payroll, time management, and time evaluation.

o Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Support and Maintenance:

o Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM India Payroll, time management, and time evaluation systems.

o Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents.

o Perform system upgrades and patches.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with a strong focus on India Payroll.

• In-depth knowledge of India-specific payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.

• Experience in configuring and maintaining SAP HCM modules related to India Payroll, time management, and time evaluation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in SAP HCM or related modules.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
