Job Description

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors in Engineering or Masters degree in a related discipline, including a minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience gained in technology implementation in the HR domain.
Experience in implementing/maintenance/configuration of Success factors, Workday, OracleHCM or Darwin box.
Having one or more SAP Success Factors module certification is a plus.
Experience in working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, handling stakeholders from various locations/functions/business units.
Excellent oral/ written communication skills Self-starter, with the ability to work and execute independently with minimal oversight.

Minimum Education

Key Skills:-

SAP HCM (On-Premise, ECC, S4HANA, RISE)
SAP Successfactor (Employee Central, RCM, ONB 2.0, Time Management, Integrations, CNB, PMGM)
Knowledge of other cloud-based HRMS solutions (Workday, DarwinBox, Oracle HRMS, CornerStone) Good to have, not a mandatory requirement
Familiarity with APIs, OData, SOAP, REST services
Knowledge of SAP BTP and integration with third-party applications.
