Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide expertise on SAP HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Suite.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using SAP HCM tools.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on various aspects of SAP HCM implementation.
Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing and provide technical support to resolve problems efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting or similar role.
Strong understanding of Indian Payroll regulations (PF, ESI) and ability to apply knowledge effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas simply.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) with strong analytical skills.
