Job Description

SAP HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation:

Lead full-cycle SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Configure and customize SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS, Benefits).
Integrate SAP HCM with other SAP modules (FI/CO) and third-party systems.

Business Process Analysis

Analyze HR processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.

Project Leadership

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices.

Support & Maintenance

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance with labor laws.

Training & Documentation

Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation.
Stay updated on SAP HCM advancements and recommend system improvements.

Required Skills:

Technical Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management.
Knowledge of integration points with SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
Proficiency in ABAP debugging (preferred).

Experience

1015 years in SAP HCM consulting with multiple end-to-end implementations.
Exposure to global HR processes and compliance requirements.

Education & Certifications

SAP HCM certification (mandatory); SuccessFactors certification (preferred).

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
