Job Description

Job Summary:

Senior SAP HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Provide functional expertise in SAP HCM modules:
PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Benefits, ESS/MSS
.
Work closely with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Design and configure SAP HCM solutions to meet business needs.
Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
Support integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO) and third-party systems.
Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Prepare documentation including functional specs, test scripts, training materials, and change requests.
Collaborate with technical teams for developments (ABAP) and enhancements.
Stay up to date with SAP HCM best practices and new functionalities (SuccessFactors, Fiori apps, etc.).
