SAP HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve
SAP Travel Management
issues.
Provide
daily functional support
to HR and Travel teams.
Strong working knowledge of:

Organizational Management (OM)
Personnel Administration (PA)
Travel Management

Understanding of
integration with FI Module
.
Analyze issues, identify root cause, and implement effective solutions.
Experience in
SAP HCM customizations
, workflows, and
role-based authorizations
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and improvements.
Exposure to
SAP SuccessFactors
will be an added advantage.

Skills & Requirements

4–5 years of
SAP HCM experience
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
