Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements related to sales and distribution processes.
• Configure and customize SAP SD module (sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing).
• Manage master data related to customers, materials, and conditions.
• Set up pricing procedures, output determination, and credit management.
• Support integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, WM).
• Handle SD-related issues and provide day-to-day support to users.
• Work with ABAP developers to design and implement custom enhancements.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation.
• Train end-users and create training materials as needed.
• Experience with S/4HANA SD.
