Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP FIORI applications.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Implement custom and standard FIORI applications using SAP Web IDE.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Ensure smooth integration with SAP backend systems and modules.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and user guides.
• Stay updated on latest SAP FIORI technologies and best practices.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s/Doctorate in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Frontend development (SAPUI5 / Fiori).
• Strong expertise in:
• SAPUI5 controls, components, routing, data binding
• UI5 Freestyle app development
• Fiori design patterns & UI Theme Designer
• Annotations & Smart Controls
• HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON
• JQuery and CSS-based layout design
• Proficiency in:
• OData services (consume & create)
• SAP Web IDE (mandatory)
• SAP Business Application Studio – BAS (mandatory)
• Fiori Launchpad configuration
• Fiori Elements and CDS Views (basic level acceptable)
• Basic understanding of SAP ABAP for backend integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Development-Only Requirement

• Hiring only full-time development profiles (no support or admin backgrounds).
• Developers must have minimum 4 years of strong hands-on development experience.
  

Stability Requirement

• Candidates must have good employment stability (minimum 2+ years per organization).
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP tools:
• SAP Build
• SAP Build Process Automation
• SAP Workzone
• Familiarity with SAP BTP frameworks:
• CAP (Cloud Application Programming)
• RAP (Restful ABAP Programming)
• Experience with REST APIs and Web Service integration.
