About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
Demonstrate a high level of expertise in the SAP FICO module with strong functional knowledge of Financial and Controlling processes. Provide on-demand support to Global Business Process teams, Operational Divisions, and partners responsible for data center administration (database management, upgrades, and performance optimization). Proficient and well-versed in working with the S/4HANA system for the SE UNIFY Journey, including: Analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP S/4HANA functional specifications across relevant modules (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, PM). Configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA modules in alignment with business processes and UNIFY global standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless module integration and interfacing with third-party systems. Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Providing end-user training and preparing detailed functional documentation and SOPs. Accountable for resolving solution issues escalated to the Global Support team, ensuring timely analysis, response, testing, and closure of tickets as per defined processes (functional analysis, recommendations, feedback, etc.). Analyze release contents for the respective functional area and recommend the most effective testing approach. Coordinate with regional/local support teams and the testing factory to ensure proper execution of release validation activities. Analyze, challenge, and validate recommendations, functional actions, and proposed solutions within the assigned area. Work closely with the Global Data Excellence team and Business Process Leaders on issue resolution, process improvements, and enhancement initiatives. Support deployment activities including scoping, design, localization, testing, Go-Live preparation, and transition to Application Maintenance (AM). Maintain strong SAP and functional knowledge of core Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes to ensure accurate and efficient business operations. Education BE / B.Tech Graduate CA / CMA / ICWAI MBA / M.Com Experience 10 Years Skill Set Required SAP FICO
