SAP FICO Senior Consultant

Role Overview: You are an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with a successful track record in SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and AMS support. Your main responsibility will be to support the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to fulfill the business needs of clients. Your role requires exceptional consulting skills, profound technical expertise in SAP FICO, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: - Work on Incidents, Tickets, Change Requests, and Change Management processes. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify improvement opportunities, and suggest SAP FICO solutions. - Stay updated with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to propose innovative solutions. - Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems. - Act as the primary point of contact for all FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution. - Read and debug the ABAP program. - Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members to create a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Willingness to work in Japan, UK, and US rotational shift timings. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or masters in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA (Finance or equivalent) or a related field. - 6 - 8 years of hands-on work experience as an SAP FICO Senior Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. - Knowledge of FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS & DME. - Extensive understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. - Expertise in Interfaces, IDocs, and eDocument. - Strong grasp of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.,
