Hi, Role: SAP FICO Program Manager (with Cutover Experience) Location: Remote Note: Need only Candidates with Cutover Experience is mandatory along with FICO Program Management Required Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field. 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in SAP FICO module. Minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations as a Program or Project Manager. Proven expertise in SAP cutover planning and execution. Solid understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills. Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP FICO programs across full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects. Drive the cutover strategy, including planning, preparation, execution, validation, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Logistics, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness. Coordinate activities related to data migration, system readiness, testing, training, and hypercare. Oversee risk management and mitigation plans during the cutover and go-live phases. Ensure proper documentation of the cutover plan, checklists, fallback plans, and readiness assessments. Define KPIs and success criteria for the program and manage program reporting and communication to stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and status meetings with leadership, ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the project. Support finance transformation initiatives and provide guidance on best practices and SAP capabilities.
