SAP FICO Professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects in

  SAP FICO

  on

  S/4HANA

  .
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center, COPA).
• Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and deliver functional specifications.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support data migration and validation activities related to financial data.
• Provide training and documentation for end users and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and support.
• Stay current on SAP S/4HANA FICO innovations and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-15 years of experience in

  SAP FICO

  implementations and support.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations on

  SAP S/4HANA

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, Asset Accounting

  , and

  CO modules

  .
• Experience in

  S/4HANA Finance innovations

  such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, etc.
• Strong integration experience with SD, MM, and other SAP modules.
• Proven ability to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP FICO certification (especially for S/4HANA) is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to

  SAP Central Finance (CFIN)

  or

  Group Reporting

  is a plus.
• Experience in global rollout or multi-country implementations.
