Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect

to lead digital transformation initiatives, drive solution architecture, and manage end-to-end implementations across diverse industries such as

Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, Energy, and Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities

Industry & Functional Expertise

Leverage deep industry knowledge to deliver
tailored SAP solutions
for clients in sectors such as
Energy, Chemicals, Automotive, Life Sciences, Retail, and High-Tech
.
Drive
technology-agnostic
business process discussions with senior leadership across functions like
Finance, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Sales
.

Solution Architecture Leadership

Guide clients in realizing business value through
SAP S/4HANA-led transformation
by identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Lead or collaborate with proposal teams to
develop innovative SAP solutions
and differentiate responses using industry best practices.
Take an end-to-end
cross-functional ownership
, coordinating with subject matter experts across multiple domains.

Project Delivery & Implementation

Conduct
requirement gathering, solution design, and fit-gap analysis
workshops.
Oversee
SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
from
design to go-live
.
Manage
cross-functional teams
, ensuring project alignment with business goals, risk mitigation, and budget control.
Support
pre-sales efforts, business assessments, and transformation roadmaps
for clients.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience
as an
SAP Solution Architect
with expertise in
SAP S/4HANA implementations
.
Strong knowledge in at least one key functional area:
Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Logistics
.
Experience delivering
enterprise-level digital transformation projects
with SAP.
Ability to
engage with C-level executives
and lead strategic discussions.
Exceptional
problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
.
