Job Description

Gather business requirements, design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions.
Provide expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) : GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation.
Provide expertise in Controlling (CO) : Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
Handle integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.).
Lead/support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects .
Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Work on S/4HANA Finance (if experienced) including New Asset Accounting, Universal Journal, and other simplified data models.
Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects in collaboration with ABAP developers.
Conduct training, workshops, and provide post-go-live support to end-users.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in FICO processes.

Required Skills & Experience (8 10 Years)

Minimum 8 years of SAP FICO consulting experience with at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end implementations .
Strong expertise in FI submodules: GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank Accounting, Taxation .
Strong expertise in CO submodules: Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA .
Good understanding of integration points with SD, MM, PP, and other SAP modules.
Experience with S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, COPA in HANA, etc.) preferred.
Strong knowledge of business processes in Finance & Controlling , accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
Hands-on experience in preparing functional specs for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms .
Exposure to financial closing, reporting, and controlling processes .
Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Certification in SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance .
Knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN) will be an added advantage.
Experience in Agile delivery methodology and offshore support models.
