Job Summary:

SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations within

  SAP ECC

  , from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Configure SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements, including

  General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing

  .
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand and analyze business needs.
• Develop functional specifications, perform system configurations, and customize SAP FICO functionalities within

  SAP ECC

  .
• Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP ECC modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.
• Provide expert guidance on

  financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting

  .
• Support data migration and validation efforts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including

  functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials

  .
• Provide post-implementation support and user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Finance, Accounting, Information Systems

  , or related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience

  as an SAP FICO Consultant, with at least two full lifecycle implementations.

• Mandatory experience with SAP ECC

  (Finance and Controlling modules).
• Proficiency in configuring

  SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  financial accounting, cost controlling, and reporting processes

  .
• Experience with

  SAP S/4HANA Finance

  is a plus.
• Knowledge of

  integration points between FICO and other SAP ECC modules

  (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot configuration and functional issues.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• SAP FICO certification

  is a plus.
