Position : SAP EHS Consultant – Technical Lead Location : Hyderabad (Remote/Hybrid) Experience Required : 10+ Years in SAP with Strong EHS Experience Architecture : S/4HANA RISE (Build 2024) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP EHS Consultant to lead the delivery of SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) solutions within an S/4HANA RISE architecture. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in Action Tracking, Task & Incident Management, and EHS Analytics , along with strong leadership and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and product roadmaps. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP EHS within S/4HANA RISE architecture (Build 2024). Provide expert-level support in Action Tracking, Task Management, Incident Management , and EHS Reporting & Analytics . Work closely with stakeholders to estimate business requirements and guide teams using SAP out-of-the-box (OOTB) features and configurations. Serve as the Technical Lead for the Compliance Task delivery squad, taking full accountability for SAP solution delivery. Collaborate with Product Managers , Fiori Designers , and business stakeholders for timely and effective product delivery. Coordinate with the SAP Product Team for alignment with roadmap features (Build 2027) . Offer guidance on Regulatory Compliance, Permit Management, Chemical Handling , and Industrial Hygiene as part of EHS compliance. Maintain high standards of documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication. Ensure excellent verbal and written communication with global teams. Required Skills Proven experience with SAP EHS (preferably Build 2024) in an S/4HANA RISE environment. Strong functional expertise in: Action & Task Management Incident Management EHS Analytics and Reporting Good understanding of: Regulatory Compliance Permit to Work Chemical Management Industrial Hygiene Demonstrated experience in leading delivery squads and owning delivery commitments. Strong coordination and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in product roadmap planning and feature coordination with SAP . Familiarity with Fiori-based UI design and SAP's evolving UX strategy. SAP Certification in EHS or S/4HANA is a plus.
