Job Title: SAP EHS Consultant

Work Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Gurgaon

Work Mode: Hybrid (23 days per week in office)

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM IST (with flexibility based on project and meeting schedules)

Mode of Interview: Virtual

Rounds of Interview: 2 (Internal + Client)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Consultant

This role requires a deep understanding of EHS business processes, configuration expertise, and the ability to translate functional requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the

  implementation, configuration, and support

  of SAP EHS modules, specifically focusing on

  Incident Management and Environmental Management

  .
• Work with business teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Configure

  EHS components

  including

  incident recording, risk assessment, and corrective action management

  .
• Develop and maintain

  EHS reports and dashboards

  for regulatory compliance and internal performance monitoring.
• Integrate EHS processes with other SAP modules (PM, HR, MM, PP, etc.) as per business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EHS-related system issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Drive

  change management and training

  initiatives for EHS users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support

  continuous improvement

  initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP EHS functionalities, best practices, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  SAP EHS

  (Environment, Health, and Safety) domain.
• Strong expertise in

  Incident Management

  ,

  Environmental Management

  , and

  Management of Change (MOC)

  .
• Proven experience in

  EHS configuration, customization, and reporting

  .
• Good understanding of

  EHS master data, risk assessments, safety measures, and compliance processes

  .
• Experience working in

  global implementation or support projects

  .
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related technical field.

Good to Have Skills

• Knowledge of

  Occupational Health

  and

  Product Safety

  modules.
• Experience with

  SAP S/4HANA EHS

  solutions.
• Exposure to

  integration with SAP Analytics Cloud

  for advanced reporting.
• Prior experience working in

  manufacturing, chemicals, or life sciences industries

  .
