SAP EAM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP EAM implementations and rollouts in S/4HANA environments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EAM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP EAM modules including PM (Plant Maintenance), Asset Lifecycle Management, and related integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, PP, and FI/CO for seamless integration.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP EAM with at least 12 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM module and integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience in configuring Work Orders, Notifications, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Equipment Master Data.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to EAM.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA certification in EAM or related modules.
• Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or infrastructure domains.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
