SAP Delivery Lead

to oversee and drive the successful delivery of SAP projects across multiple functional modules. This leadership role requires strong expertise in SAP landscapes, proven project management experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 SAP consultants across various modules, fostering collaboration and professional growth.Drive end-to-end project delivery, from planning and blueprinting to execution and go-live support.Translate business requirements into actionable SAP solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and business users.Prepare, maintain, and review detailed project documentation, blueprints, and status reports.Conduct regular project meetings, ensuring clear communication with teams, management, and clients.Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and cross-module dependencies.Monitor project performance, resource utilization, and timelines to ensure successful delivery within budget.Ensure integration and alignment between different SAP modules and other enterprise systems.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.8+ years of experience in SAP (SD, MM, FICO, FI, or EWM) with 2–3 years in a project leadership or delivery role.Proven experience managing SAP implementations, rollouts, or support projects.Strong experience in blueprinting, solution design, stakeholder management, and project documentation.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and inspire team members.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
