Primary responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end delivery of large and complex SAP programs ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality targets are met.

Drive program governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.

Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies.

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure business value realization.

Oversee change management, training, and adoption strategies for successful program outcomes.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, program documentation, and audit requirements.

Should have had Functional Experience in one of the modules of SAP

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven track record of 5+ large-scale SAP implementations spanning multiple modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA).

Strong expertise in SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP, Activate, Agile/Hybrid delivery models).

Demonstrated ability to manage large multi-disciplinary teams (onsite/offshore/vendor partners).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage executive-level reporting and drive program governance forums.

SAP certification(s) preferred.
