SAP Delivery Lead

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large and complex SAP programs ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Drive program governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure business value realization.
• Oversee change management, training, and adoption strategies for successful program outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, program documentation, and audit requirements.
• Should have had Functional Experience in one of the modules of SAP
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record of 5+ large-scale SAP implementations spanning multiple modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA).
• Strong expertise in SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP, Activate, Agile/Hybrid delivery models).
• Demonstrated ability to manage large multi-disciplinary teams (onsite/offshore/vendor partners).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage executive-level reporting and drive program governance forums.
• SAP certification(s) preferred.
