About the Role:

SAP Data Entry & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain sales and customer data in

  SAP

  .
• Create and process sales orders, invoices, quotations, and reports.
• Coordinate with sales team and customers for order status, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.
• Generate and analyze sales reports for management review.
• Support in lead generation, telecalling, and email campaigns when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data accuracy, and timely reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum

  1–3 years of experience

  in sales support / SAP data entry / back-office operations.
• Proficiency in

  SAP (SD/MM Module preferred)

  and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
