Align teams. Lead go-lives with confidence and minimal disruption. 📊 Data Migration Leadership Own the end-to-end: extract → transform → validate → load. Tools of the trade: LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit . 🧪 Testing & Validation Mock migrations, reconciliations, root cause analysis — it’s all in your playbook. 📘 Rock-Solid Documentation Clear plans, clean logs, smooth reporting. 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with business, tech, and project leads to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. 🧠 What You Bring ✅ 5+ years of SAP cutover & data migration experience ✅ Strong command of SAP SD, MM, FICO modules ✅ Proficiency with LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit ✅ Experience with S/4HANA (bonus points!) ✅ Stellar communication and project coordination skills 📜 Bonus Points For 🌟 SAP Certified Application Associate – Data Migration 🌟 SAP Activate Project Manager Certification 💬 Own the cutover.
