SAP Cutover / Data Migration Consultant

We are in need of a cutover commander and migration master who can seamlessly lead complex SAP projects from pre-planning to go-live. As a SAP Cutover/Data Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for owning various aspects of the project: - **Cutover Strategy & Execution:** Plan meticulously, align teams, and lead go-lives confidently with minimal disruption. - **Data Migration Leadership:** Lead the end-to-end process including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading using tools like LSMW, BODS, and Migration Cockpit. - **Testing & Validation:** Conduct mock migrations, reconciliations, root cause analysis, and ensure thorough testing. - **Rock-Solid Documentation:** Create clear plans, maintain clean logs, and provide smooth reporting. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with business, tech, and project leads to ensure seamless coordination and communication. **What You Bring:** - 5+ years of SAP cutover & data migration experience. - Strong command of SAP SD, MM, FICO modules. - Proficiency with LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit. - Experience with S/4HANA is a bonus. - Stellar communication and project coordination skills. **Bonus Points For:** - SAP Certified Application Associate - Data Migration. - SAP Activate Project Manager Certification.
