SAP Consultant - SD (Public & Private Cloud)

Position: - SAP SD (Public & Private Cloud)

Location: - Hyderabad

Experience: - 7+ Years

Seasoned Consultant with proven expertise in end-to-end SAP implementations across both Private Cloud (RISE with

SAP) and Public Cloud (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition) environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong

functional background in the Sales and Distribution module, excellent cross-functional integration knowledge, and

hands-on experience in greenfield and brownfield implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP SD implementations in Private Cloud and Public Cloud environments.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD solutions.

• Configure core SD functionalities, Design and implement best practices for cloud deployments, including fit-to-

standard analysis and extensibility options.

• Manage integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, WM, etc.) and third-party systems (e.g., EDI, CRM).

• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with ABAP developers.

• Conduct system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across teams.

• Stay updated on SAP roadmap, innovations, and cloud deployment models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• 8 years of SAP SD experience, including at least:

• 2 to 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementation.

• 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.

• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, BTP extensibility, and cloud integration tools.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Adaptability in fast-paced environments; self-driven and proactive.

• Analytical mindset with high comprehension and independent working style.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP SD certification.

• Experience with RISE with SAP and SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC).

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.

• Knowledge of localization and tax compliance in global rollouts.
