Configuration: Configure SAP C4C modules and functionalities, including Sales, Service to align with clients' business processes and objectives. Integration: Integrate SAP C4C with other SAP and non-SAP systems, such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications, using standard integration tools and techniques. Customization: Customize SAP C4C applications using SDK (Software Development Kit), UI designer, and business rules to extend standard functionalities and meet specific client requirements. Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading, to ensure smooth transition and accuracy of data from legacy systems to SAP C4C. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of SAP C4C solutions, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Training and Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders on using SAP C4C applications effectively. Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, training materials, and configuration documents Having experience of usage of ticketing tools like SNOW will be added advantage Knowledge of ITIL Processes like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management will be required.
