Key Responsibilities

User Support & Operational Maintenance

• Work closely with the SAP Business One Manager to provide functional and technical support to existing SAP B1 users across departments.
• Monitor system usage, resolve user-reported issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle user access control, data validations, and basic troubleshooting for SAP B1 modules such as Finance, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, and Production.
• Conduct user training sessions and create help documents.
  

Implementation Support & Rollout

• Assist the SAP B1 Manager in planning and executing new SAP B1 projects, including new module implementations, system upgrades, and rollouts to new business units or locations.
• Participate in requirement gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing, and user acceptance phases for new implementations.
• Support data migration, system configuration, and initial data setups for new projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners for smooth project execution.
  

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps or areas for improvement within the current SAP B1 setup.
• Document functional specifications, workflows, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One implementation and support.
• Solid understanding of core SAP B1 modules: Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, etc.
• Experience with SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and data migration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
