Job Summary

:

SAP Ariba Procurement Consultant

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Lead or support

    end-to-end implementation

    of SAP Ariba Procurement modules.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP Ariba modules including

    Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)

    .
  • Integrate Ariba with SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA or ECC), including

    master data

    ,

    catalogs

    , and

    transactional flows

    .
  • Provide functional and technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), user training, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, data integrity, and Ariba best practices.
  • Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Ariba Procurement in client discussions.

Required Skills

:
  • 5+ years of experience in

    SAP Ariba Procurement

    .
  • Minimum

    2 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations

    .
  • Strong hands-on configuration experience in

    Ariba Buying

    ,

    Sourcing

    ,

    Contracts

    , and

    SLP

    .
  • Knowledge of

    Ariba Network

    ,

    Integration Toolkit (ITK)

    ,

    CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)

    .
  • Functional knowledge of

    procure-to-pay (P2P)

    and

    source-to-pay (S2P)

    processes.
  • Experience with

    ERP integration

    (SAP ECC/S/4HANA).
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

:
  • SAP Ariba Certification(s) in any procurement module(s).
  • Familiarity with

    SAP Fieldglass

    ,

    SRM

    , or other procurement solutions.
  • Prior experience with

    international implementations or global clients

    .
