Role – SAP ABAP Developer

Location – Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Nagpur

Job Description :

Must have skills:

Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development across multiple modules
Strong expertise in RICEF objects, enhancement techniques (BADIs, User Exits), and performance tuning
Proven experience in SAP migration projects
Proficiency in SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, and ALV reporting
Deep understanding of SAP Data Dictionary and debugging tools
Experience with OData services and basic SAP Fiori integration
Strong leadership and team management skills, including task allocation and code reviews
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Good to have skills:

Experience with CDS Views and AMDP in S/4HANA for advanced data modeling and performance
Knowledge of SAP Workflow and Web Dynpro for process automation and UI development
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and migration tools like SUM, DMO, or custom code
migration tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools for SAP development

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
9+ years of overall experience in IT or SAP environments, with a minimum of 2+ years in SAP ABAP development
Hands-on experience in custom development, enhancements, and integration across SAP modules
Exposure to database concepts and performance tuning within SAP systems
