As a Sales Professional at The Royal Avenue, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our exclusive membership programmes to clients in various regions. Your responsibilities will include: - Promoting and selling The Royal Avenue's membership programmes in the assigned regions. - Identifying and generating leads through field sales, networking, events, and digital outreach. - Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of membership. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Participating in promotional activities, exhibitions, and campaigns. - Keeping accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools. - Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing/Sales is an advantage. - 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in industries such as sanitary and hardware, hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or real estate. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. - Willingness to travel within the assigned region. - Fluency in English and knowledge of regional languages are advantageous.,
