About the Role You will be the linchpin in managing and nurturing client relationships. Through strategic use of CRM tools, data-driven insights, and thoughtful customer engagement, you'll help build loyalty and trust among our customers. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain CRM workflows tailored to Jugteshwar’s customer touchpoints. Segment customers effectively and design engagement strategies (e.g., newsletters, offers, and surveys). Analyze CRM data to track trends, response rates, and satisfaction metrics. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams for customer-centric initiatives. Respond proactively to customer feedback and escalate issues as needed. Provide regular CRM performance reports and insights to leadership. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in travel, hospitality, or services. Hands-on with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail. (Optional but beneficial) CRM certification or SQL / basic data skills.
