Salon Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our MSRamaiah branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage staff efficiently while ensuring high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operations & Customer Service:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and ambiance in the salon.
• Ensure all services are delivered efficiently as per company standards.

2. Staff Management:

• Supervise and manage hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff.
• Schedule shifts and manage employee attendance, leaves, and punctuality.
• Conduct regular training and ensure team members meet performance expectations.
• Address and resolve staff-related concerns professionally.

3. Sales & Business Growth:

• Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting services and retail products.
• Drive customer retention and manage memberships, offers, and loyalty programs.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to boost revenue.

4. Inventory & Cost Control:

• Monitor stock levels of products and equipment; place orders as required.
• Ensure cost-effective management of resources to maximize profitability.

5. Reporting & Compliance:

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, appointments, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in salon management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling team management, customer relations, and sales targets.
• Knowledge of hair, beauty, and skin services is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
