We’re Hiring – Senior Salon Manager (Toni&Guy Essensuals, Thodupuzha) ✨

We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Senior Salon Manager to lead our Toni&Guy Essensuals salon in Thodupuzha. The ideal candidate must be passionate about beauty service excellence, strong in leadership, and capable of delivering high standards of client experience and sales performance.

Location: Toni&Guy Essensuals, Thodupuzha
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily salon operations and ensure a smooth and professional workflow.
• Drive sales and ensure the salon meets monthly revenue targets.
• Supervise and motivate the stylist team, ensuring quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high grooming standards, hygiene practices, and premium customer service culture.
• Manage bookings, staff schedules, and operational requirements effectively.
• Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and problem-solving ability.
• Conduct performance reviews & ensure continuous skill development of salon staff.
• Track daily sales reports and coordinate regularly with management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the salon industry, preferably in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English & Hindi (Malayalam is an added advantage).
• Highly organized, well-groomed, confident and client-focused.
• Ability to handle high-end clients and fast-paced salon environments.
