We’re Hiring – Senior Salon Manager (Toni&Guy, Thiruvalla – Muthoor)

We are looking for an energetic, stylish and highly skilled Senior Salon Manager to lead our premium Toni&Guy salon in Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the salon industry, excellent sales skills, and a passion for delivering a luxury client experience.

Location: Toni&Guy – Thiruvalla (Muthoor)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on skill & experience)
Immediate Joining Preferred

What the Role Involves:

• Managing complete salon operations and ensuring day-to-day smooth functioning.
• Delivering premium customer service and handling high-end clients confidently.
• Leading the team to achieve monthly sales targets and service conversions.
• Training, motivating and grooming staff to meet international brand standards.
• Managing bookings, scheduling, retail sales and overall client flow.
• Solving customer issues with patience, professionalism and ownership.
• Maintaining salon ambience, hygiene and a high-standard professional atmosphere.

What We Expect from You:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the salon/beauty industry.
• Excellent communication skills – fluent in Hindi (English/Malayalam is a plus).
• Strong experience in customer handling, sales & service conversions.
• Well-groomed, confident, fashionable and pleasing personality.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and support the stylist team.
