This role requires leadership skills, strong communication, and a passion for the beauty industry. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Salon Operations, Ensure smooth daily operations of the salon Maintain hygiene, cleanliness & high service standards Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product ordering Oversee equipment maintenance and salon ambience Customer Experience -Greet and interact with clients, ensuring 5-star service Handle client concerns professionally Build relationships with regular customers Team Management, Supervise, motivate & support hairstylists, beauticians & front-desk staff Manage staff schedules & attendance Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions Sales & Growth Drive monthly sales targets and service promotions Upsell services and products Maintain accurate billing and daily sales reports 🎯 Requirements Minimum 1–4 years of experience in salon/spa management Strong leadership & communication skills Knowledge of salon services, brands & products Ability to handle pressure and manage teams Customer-first attitude Basic computer skills (billing software, Excel, inventory)
