Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salon Manager, located in Lucknow. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include supervising hair care and cosmetology services, hiring and training new employees, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and fostering effective communication among team members. Additionally, the Salon Manager will ensure that the salon operates efficiently and meets performance goals. Qualifications Expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care, with a strong understanding of beauty and salon services Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and staff Experience with Hiring and training employees to build and maintain a skilled team Leadership skills and the ability to manage daily operations and ensure team productivity Experience in the salon or beauty industry is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in business management or a related field is an advantage Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
