Salon Manager (Luxe12 Salon, Sobha City Mall)

We are looking for a Salon Manager to join our Luxe12 Salon team in Sobha City Mall. If you are passionate about customer service, team management, and beauty industry standards, this is the right opportunity for you!

Location: Luxe12 Salon, Sobha City

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Availability: Immediate Joining

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day salon operations smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
• Supervise and motivate salon staff to achieve targets.
• Maintain salon standards of grooming, hygiene, and ambiance.
• Handle client queries, bookings, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with management for reporting and performance updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or salon industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (Malayalam will be an added advantage).
• Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
