Salon Manager

Job Summary:

Rawls Salon is looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, professional, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and motivate the salon team to deliver excellent service.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Monitor staff performance, schedules, and attendance.
• Coordinate with management for sales targets, promotions, and offers.
• Ensure availability of salon products and manage inventory.
• Maintain billing records and coordinate with accounts for daily reports.
• Train and guide new staff to meet salon standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and referrals.
• Oversee marketing activities, memberships, and client retention programs.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Beauty/Spa/Salon Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in salon operations or management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of salon products, services, and latest beauty trends.
• Smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality.
