Duties

• Supervise and manage salon staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing inventory.
• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance profitability.
• Maintain an organised and welcoming salon environment through effective merchandising and cleanliness.
• Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Skills

• Proven management experience within the beauty or retail industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Proficient in time management and organisational skills to ensure efficient salon operations.
• Experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and sales.
