We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our professional team and deliver world-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations including staff, appointments, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure smooth functioning of all services and maintain hygiene & brand standards
• Lead and motivate staff for performance, teamwork, and service excellence
• Manage inventory, sales targets, and marketing promotions
• Handle customer consultation, upselling, and retention strategies
• Maintain records of revenue, expenses, and staff performance

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in the salon or beauty industry (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of professional beauty brands like L’Oréal, Skeyndor, O3+, etc.
• Ability to manage customers, staff, and outlet operations independently
• Pleasant personality with a passion for beauty and client satisfaction
