Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager located in Chandigarh. The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining salon standards. The role involves hiring and training staff, managing appointments, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a clean and organized salon environment. The Salon Manager will also be responsible for inventory management and promoting salon services and products.

• Cosmetology and Hair Care skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring and Training staff
• Previous experience in a managerial role in a salon or hospitality industry
