Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service. Manage and motivate staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, and other team members. Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Promote and upsell salon services and retail products. Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed. Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and assist in hiring new team members. Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Track sales, revenues, and expenses to meet financial goals.
