The Mani Pedi – NCR’s leading luxury nail salon chain – is looking for a confident, detail-oriented, and passionate Salon Manager to lead one of our Gurgaon locations.

Role: Full-time (6 days a week)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in salon management
- Overseeing day-to-day outlet operations
- Leading, motivating & mentoring the team
- Ensuring top-tier hygiene, client service, and ambience
- Addressing client feedback with grace and professionalism
- Managing inventory, vendor relationships & daily sales targets
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a salon
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Calm, organised, and solutions-driven attitude
