Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach
• Pitch YoungXcode’s services and solutions to businesses and individuals
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with project and development teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to sell technical services (training will be provided)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of software development, websites, or digital services
• Prior sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluent in English and Hindi
