Surya Fasteners Pvt. Ltd., based in Rajkot, is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of high-quality fasteners and cold-forged components. We specialize in blind nuts and cap nuts used in the end fittings of pipes and hoses. We also make custom parts based on engineering drawings for industrial and automotive applications.


Role Description

As our B2B Sales Executive (Fasteners), you will meet OEMs, distributors, and engineering firms, understand their requirements, and coordinate with our production and quality teams for smooth delivery. This is an on-site/field role, with regular client visits across India. Interviews will be held offline at our Rajkot office.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads; plan weekly client visits and display samples.
  • Understand customer requirements and drawings/specs; prepare and send quotes.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: inquiry, sampling, PO, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Grow key accounts; track revenue, margins, and visit reports.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts.
  • Track market trends and competitors; attend trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Ensure timely collections as per company policy.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Based in Rajkot, Gujarat, or able to commute; willing to travel across India.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in fasteners or related industrial hardware.
  • Good knowledge of fastener types, grades, coatings/finishes, and ISO/DIN standards.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances and materials.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship skills with a record of meeting targets.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Clear communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license for field work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Business is a plus.
  • Professional references from past employers or key clients are preferred.
