Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson located in Ahmedabad with some work from home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, engaging with customers to understand their needs, demonstrating and recommending products, handling customer inquiries and feedback, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Customer service experience Basic understanding of makeup and cosmetics Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM software is a plus Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
